Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup peeled and diced peaches
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, gently combine the blueberries and diced peaches
Set aside
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and beat until well combined
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt
