A tasty and refreshing potato salad with a sour dill dressing that is great for barbecues, picnics, or as a side dish with any meal.
Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise in a large bowl
Salt and pepper should be added along with the chopped dill and red onion
Combine well
Mix in the diced boiled potatoes until they are covered in the dressing all over
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so the flavors can mix
