Ingredients:
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through
Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute
Add broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet
Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp
Stir in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld
Add cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving
