Digestive Health Pineapple Paradise



This pineapple smoothie is gentle on the stomach and promotes digestive health with the goodness of yogurt and ginger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
